Pet Policy

Pet Policy 

• Maximum: 2 pets per apartment

• $250 non-refundable pet fee for first pet — $200 non-refundable pet fee for second pet 
   
• $50 monthly pet rent for first pet — $35 monthly pet rent for second pet 

• Photo, current shot records, and annual updates are required.

• Required pet meet-and-greet

• No exotic animals

• Service animals accepted with third-party medical caregiver authorization

Breed Restrictions
Aggressive breeds are not permitted, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, American Bullies, and Mastiffs (full or mixed).
